Come join our team. After 20 years and 2 hats. We have renovated our restaurant, kitchen & terrace.
We are currently seeking Pass Managers for our two hat venue.
Ideally pass or chef experience. There will only be two of you and one on at a time. Managing the runners. Food and serving knowledge needed.
This role offers you:

You must have the following attributes:
Suitable qualifications and have had at least 2/3 years restaurant/kitchen experience, references will be contacted;
Experience training staff and runners;
Be efficient;
Have a valid visa or working rights;
Strong dedication to your craft;
Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and can work as part of a team. Able to troubleshoot and adapt;
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards;
Day, Evening and Weekend work required.
This is a full-time position and requires a good deal of dedication.
