Wellness Within is a multi-disciplinary health spa and yoga studio that is looking to expand our front desk team. The successful candidate will exhibit strong communication skills, have experience and/or a desire to work in the service industry. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about health, skin care and/or yoga .
Due to the busy nature of our business we are looking for a candidate who is well organized, works well under pressure, and has a passion for people. As a front desk team member you are the front line in transforming our customers into our community and as such we will be selecting an individual(s) who exudes enthusiasm and are overly friendly.
Job duties include:
- welcome our guests in a friendly manner
- professional telephone etiquette
- handle cash or card payments for all services/yoga/retail
- answer phones and schedule appointments
- provide our guests with information on spa and yoga inquiries
- data inputting
- merchandising
- assistance with skin care and make up
- cleaning and laundry duties
Evenings and weekend availability is a must.
Efficiency and familiarity with computers will be required as spa services, fitness classes, and retail products are all booked and processed through our system electronically.
