The Architectural Drafter or Technologist draws up architectural plans (preliminary, permit, bid, construction), analyzes the specifications and adds detailed instructions according to the technical constraints of the project. He validates and/or calculates the quantities of materials in support of the estimate and the orders, then ensures the quality of the work carried out.
REQUIREMENTS
- PSD in building design or relevant experience
- AutoCAD savvy
- Have 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry. Having experience in renovation is an asset
- Bilingual
- Ability to review blueprints and specifications to accurately determine material and labor requirements or construction risks
- Have a good knowledge of the technological tools of the Google suite
- ASP card

Salary: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
