Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
In this role, you will be a more senior and integral part of our HR operational team. responsible for delivering excellence in design and support of our processes related to core HR (hires, employment changes, departures, ad hoc changes) and all varieties of customer service supporting these processes for 29,000 TELUS internal team members and external customers across Canada. Alongside, the larger P&C Operations team, you will:
- Deliver superior team member experiences by providing HR operational expertise and guidance to all customers and stakeholders
- Bridge the gap between system and people by being the business process expert of the various HR tools we use providing ongoing coaching to our hr operational specialists
- Bring a mindset of innovation, continuous improvement and lifelong learning by challenging the status quo and implementing process improvements, all while elevating your knowledge along the way
- Protect and ensure integrity of our overall data through audits, automation, and a relentless focus on safeguarding our team member data
