Team Member - SL
The SL role is to help the GM and ASM to operate the store by running 5 star shifts. The SL is responsible for the management of the store on their opening or closing shifts. During which, the SL is to ensure the store is properly prepared for the rush, employees are performing effectively, image standards are met, service is fast and friendly, and all products are produced properly and quickly.
Shift Leaders are expected to be presentable by following Domino's personal image and grooming standards, as well as lead by example by working with smart hustle and purpose.
Functions
Shift Leaders are to work effectively within the store while learning the correct methods of managing a Domino's location. While "running shift" a Shift Leader is expected to quickly and effectively:
· produce quality products
· service customers
· ensure image of store to standard (cleaning)
· complete necessary paperwork
· ensure cash balances
· prepare store for rushes
· operate computer systems
· ensure team and customer safety
· ensure fast and friendly service is provided to all customers
· ensure customer satisfaction
· maintain others' work performance
Qualifications

All Shift Leaders must:
· possess strong interpersonal skills
· possess strong communication skills
· Fluently speak English
· Be able to stand for several hours
· Possess strong cash handling skills (mathematics)
· Handle multiple responsibilities
· Be able to oversee multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
