Business Analysis Skills – 35%
- User stories is a Must have
- Proven experience in engaging business and IT stakeholders to gather, document and translate business requirements (user stories) at various levels in a multi disciplinary Agile team comprising Client and Vendor team members
- Experience in legacy data migration and translating and interpreting business/user needs into user stories
- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in using Azure DevOPS tools for managing user stories and test cases
- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience creating business process maps/diagrams
- Prior Public Sector Salesforce (License and Permits Module) implementation experience is an asset
Digital Skills - 30%
- Experience working in agile / iterative delivery teams for a digital product
- Experience working in DevOPS tools creating and maintaining user stories, backlogs, test plans and other features as necessary
- Experience leaning out and optimizing service delivery processes
- Experience with O365 collaborative tools is an asset
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Visio) to develop high level prototypes and/or mock-ups
Soft Skills - 30%

- Excellent meeting facilitation skills to gather business requirements and user needs

Public Sector Experience – 5%
- Knowledge of Simpler, Faster, Better Services Act to support OPS’ Digital First Strategy with user centric designs; experience with Digital Service Standards and Service Design Playbook
- Experience with Public Sector I&IT Solutions architecture, application design, quality assurance standards, project delivery methodologies, and practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of Public Sector applications, databases and systems while developing cross cluster, multi-year business solutions including knowledge of Commercial off the Shelf product implementations with third party vendors
- Experience working in accordance with policies and procedures of the Ontario Public Service and working knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
