We seek a dynamic Inside Sales Rep to join our remote sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Excellence: Take complete ownership of the sales process, from prospecting to closing high-ticket deals. Develop an in-depth understanding of our product offerings and their alignment with the unique needs of real estate professionals.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, employing a consultative and solution-focused approach. Comprehend their pain points, objectives, and financial constraints to tailor customized solutions.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through diverse channels, including networking, cold outreach, referrals, and participation in industry events. Leverage your extensive network and industry knowledge to identify high-value prospects.
- Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market developments. Serve as an expert on our products, effectively conveying their value proposition to potential clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and tactics.

- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
