As a Store Manager (Floating), you serve as a utility player that can fill in for a store manager and direct a team to deliver profitable sales in an assigned location, based on business needs. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will monitor and mentor teams, encourage training, growth and development as well as ensure all operational process and procedures are followed. Creating a memorable customer experience and a great place to work.
What you will do in this role, but not limited to:
Grow The Team and Culture
- Influence others in an assigned store and establish relationships and trust
- Develop and build a team rapport of highly engaged and results-driven associates through effective communication
- Be an ambassador and role model for a culture of engagement, a champion of change and accountability
- Conduct one on ones – to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement
- Display solid execution of Leader vs Manager and the balance to be successful
- Develop plans for improvement with the assigned Regional Manager, ensure timely follow-up to manage performance consistently and effectively
Grow The Business
- Strategic thinker
- Achieve sales plan for the assigned store and utilize Extended Aisle for not in store stock
- Manage payroll and other store operating expenses to the set plan
- Achieve Key Performance Metrics, including, but not limited to: Units per Transaction, Average Transaction Value & Supercrease
- Coach team in growth of customer data base through email capture
- Ensure store is consistently merchandised and standards maintained as per corporate directives
- Oversee implementation of all store-related initiatives with attention to detail; provide guidance and coaching in support of continuous improvement
- Keep meticulous records to support returning/new Store Manager
- Communicate with assigned Regional Manager, on any store related opportunities or issues in a timely manner

And your qualifications include:
- Experience as a Retail Store Manager in a service-related or retail organization
- Must be mobile and hold a Valid Drivers license
- Must have their personal transportation
- Post-secondary education in a business-related field
