What You’ll Be Doing:
- As our brand ambassador, you will be the face of IST; you’ll ensure quality and consistency in the delivery of our training programs
- Engage the client in a variety of ways to foster the creation and growth of their internal safety culture
- Nerding out; you’ll provide ongoing technical safety advice, guidance, and coaching where necessary
- Collaborating with the Training Manager, updating existing and developing new training programs and internal practices
What You Bring:
- You are a professional operator; with grass roots experience operating equipment
- CPO Certified; a fully cerfied JHSC member is preferred
- Boots on the ground experience; experience in manufacturing and/or construction environment preferred
- Interpersonal intelligence; AKA excellent communicaon and interpersonal skills
- A raconteur extraordinaire; otherwise known as advanced presentation and written skills
- Bilingual - French and English, is mandatory
- Critical thinking skills; you can assess situations and problem-solve for the most effective resolution for all parties involved
- Exposure to adult learning principles is an asset
- Someone who loves technology; excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office applications and adept at minor troubleshooting
- Spotless driving record; must have a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
