- Execute manual and automated tests in a timely manner, reporting progress and defects to the PM and project stakeholders on a regular basis.

Description:
The purpose of this request is to acquire a Systems Testing / QA Specialist, Level 2 to work as part of a core project team comprised of GSIC, Centre for Employee Health Safety and Wellness (CEHSW), HR Service Delivery Division and the OPP with the following deliverables:
- Provide advanced testing/Quality Assurance advice and expertise, including test scripts and analysis of results.
- Provide ongoing client service and co-ordination regarding testing/Quality Assurance.
- Assist clients/users with testing such as explaining, developing and delivering according to test deliverables.
- Coach business unit/customer leaders in quality assurance test principles and their practical application in a project context.
- Continually assess progression of test readiness by stakeholder groups and refine or supplement the test plans as required to promote adoption.
- Conduct test assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis.
- Conduct ongoing risk/impact assessments and provide support throughout the project to determine potential challenges/barriers and identify corresponding risk mitigation strategies.
- Document process mapping and changes to processes based on test results.
- Support training efforts including the design and delivery of training programs.
- Assist with train-the-trainer (TTT) and end user training (EUT) including materials and logistics.
- Provide guidance to the project team and transferring knowledge and skills to these team members.
The System Testing/QA Specialist will be expected to hit the ground running and will use their expertise and attention to detail to help the project achieve a robust and comprehensive quality assurance approach.

- Proven ability to communicate effectively and anticipating stakeholder needs and expectations across a multi-sector environment.
