A food manufacturing plant located in Longueuil QC is currently looking for a night time supervisor to join their team.
The Night Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all warehouse activities during the night shift. This position ensures that operations run smoothly, inventory is managed efficiently, and safety protocols are followed.
Job Specifics:
Full Time - In Office position
8pm-5am
40 hours per week
Office located in Longueuil QC
Salary: 80k-85k/Year
Tasks:
Management and training of night shift crew - 20-22 people
Ensuring staff is equipped and has everything they need in order to operate
Order fulfillment - Manage and supervise all incoming and outgoing shipments
Implement new processes to better operate
Inventory Control
Quality Assurance
Safety Compliance
Qualifications:
Experience in Manufacturing and Supply chain industry required
Experience in Management
Fully Bilingual - French and English - Required
