Responsibilities:
· Data analysis and interpretation
· Development, execution, and distribution of operational reporting using analytical tools
· Cross-data analytics
· Communicating with stakeholders on requests, insights, and tools
· Problem solving and investigation
· Work closely with management and executives to improve KPIs
· Innovate on operational processes and reporting tools
· Managing resources for multiple projects and sites on an ongoing basis
· Create automated analysis suites for on-the-go analysis
· Maintain and update analysis suite as needed
· Interdepartmental communication
· Assist with delivery performance by providing needed analytics
· Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
· Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems
· Developing and maintaining databases, and data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format
· Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
· Seek out and engage in opportunities to further personal leadership development

Requirements:
· Sherlock Holmes-level detective skills
· Degree in a computer related field
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills as this role requires inter-departmental and inter-company communication
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
· Advanced knowledge of analytical tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)
· Ability to extract data using Microsoft SQL
· Knowledge of database function, interaction, and utilization
· Extreme attention to detail
· Self-directing, motivated, and passionate
· Organized and ability to adhere to deadlines
· Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
· Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
· Strong programming experience with frameworks, including XML, JavaScript, and ETL
· Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages, including Excel, SPSS, and SAS
· Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
· Background in a warehouse operation is a plus
· Background in a production operation is a plus
