Job Description: Systems Analyst
Responsibilities:

Deploy and maintain core business applications, including server and hardware management, database upkeep, and endpoint troubleshooting.
- Engage with stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
- Translate technical specifications into non-technical requirements and guide the development process.
- Manage system setups and configurations while ensuring scalability and performance optimization.
- Design and oversee the implementation of information systems to meet business and user demands.
- Identify and promptly address discrepancies in IT systems, ensuring robust functionality and security.
- Develop and enforce security policies to establish a secure computing environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of office LAN environments and customer service principles
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
