Reporting to the Manager, Talent Sourcing and Onboarding, The Coordinator, Talent Acquisition supports the Talent Sourcing and Onboarding function by providing a variety of services relating to Difficult-to-Fill strategies, Recruitment Marketing and Talent Acquisition projects.
Responsibilities include developing & implementing operational recruitment and marketing plans, participating in larger Talent Acquisition and Onboarding projects, project coordination for smaller projects, recruitment marketing support with a focus on post-secondary institutions, general reporting on pipeline trends and special campaigns.
This position provides leadership and subject matter expertise in recommending and implementing cost effective recruitment marketing & advertising to Island Health hiring leaders and assists in creating innovative and compelling content.
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a related area such as Human Resources, Business Administration plus three years of related experience in a similar large, complex, multi-union organization.
