POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for Customer Service data analytics used to support and execute on team strategies, customer forecasts and usage, programs and buying trends. Preparing KPI’s, PPT presentations and various reports which will assist in identifying risks and opportunities to the business.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Provide Customer Service Director (CSD) and Customer Service Manager (CSM) with monthly high-level RMA report with summary on RMA’s under $500 (e.g. order being split, courtesy return with no restocking fees)

Report and recommend strategies from analysis of Profitability files and ensure details provided to CSM and Metro Specialist (as applicable) for review. IE: Kinetik/alternate opportunities by customer.

Provide weekly/monthly reports for teams to review and evaluate contract/quote awards.

Support teams in major projects or programs as needed.

Provide CSMs and TSRs with new bus deliveries and bus contract requirements. (IE add to RSL tracker, New Customer presentations as needed, etc.)

Provide customer analytics on revenue performance to budget/forecasts and program revenue to CSM to assist in adjusting revenue strategies for sales growth.

Provide analytics and recommendations to CSD for regular meetings with the team TSR to establish and maintain an effective customer strategy and visiting schedules.

Compile and execute the delivery of the RSL when required to assist in heavy workloads with the assigned TSR.

Provide reports to identify competitor cross reference opportunities. Review TSR tracking sheets and add to data. Share with team to execute on customer strategy.

Provide reports to identify Kinetik, Alternate and SVP opportunities and share with team to execute on customer strategy.

Act as backup support to Contract Specialist providing analytics with recommendations to CS team (Manager/CSR & Contract/Metro Specialist) in determining contract performance for sell through, margins and supersessions.

Create and update customer scorecard data templates along with the creation of additional KPI’s beneficial to the team to better understand customer behaviors and philosophies also in preparation for customer visits.

Update all data on weekly revenue information and quarterly reporting requirements for presentation.

Provide customer analytics on revenue performance to budget/forecast to teams or individuals as required.

Develop requested KPI data for the customer teams.

Develop and create Customer Presentations as required for customer meetings and customer visits, including New Customer Presentations, Parts Provisioning, Scorecards.

Participate in rotation of various reporting duties within Analyst group.

Meet with Analyst group on weekly basis to ensure common activities are monitored and maintained as well as sharing of information for unique reporting/tasks by team segment for awareness.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Post-secondary education in a related discipline and/or equivalent experience

Must entail advanced computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point

Experience in complex data gathering, data mining and analysis with high attention to detail and accuracy

Possess strong planning, organizational, analytical, strategic and presentation skill
-
Ability to converse in a professional manner in both written and verbal communication
-
Acquired and maintained knowledge of existing bus and coach equipment
-
Demonstrated ability to multitask, effectively prioritize and work efficiently in a high demanding fast paced work environment

Basic knowledge of the transit industry and vehicles systems would be considered an asset

Experience of Oracle systems and processes would be considered an asset
