SharePoint Programmer Analyst

Do you have experience programming in SharePoint or MS365?

Are you interested in migrating programs to the cloud?
Reporting to the manager, IT Apps, you'll be a blend between a full-stack developer and a business systems analyst, with a focus on SharePoint development and migration. You will gather and convert business requirements to formulate and define system scopes and objectives. You'll be accountable for building solutions based on requirements and be called upon to lead IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop client (front end) and server (back end) applications for both internal and external usage
-
Investigate issues and requests using developer tools and provide feedback on an as-needed basis
-
Review, edit and validate training materials created for new and/or existing applications (user guides)
-
Maintain technical documentation when changes to systems and business processes are implemented
-
Perform comparative analyses between old and new applications, document process gaps, and deliver recommendations to close gaps with proper benefits and justifications
-
Provide feedback and improvements to strengthen capabilities and efficiencies
To Succeed, You Will Need:
-
Post-Secondary Education in Application Development or Computer Science
-
Minimum 8 years of related work experience
-
Must have technical experience performing full-stack programming using Microsoft technologies with a strong focus on SharePoint
-
Strong analytical skills to assess interactions between applications and their impact on business processes
-
Excellent project/process management skills to lead technical projects
-
Ability to manage time and balance multiple projects.
-
Superb computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
-
Familiarity with Java, C#, NodeJS is an asset
-
French is considered an asset
