Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to grow within the AV industry. The successful candidate will be trained and mentored to become an Outside Sales Representative, with the potential to be promoted to a Senior Account Executive after a 6-month review.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and delivering quotes for AV solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance industry knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong interest in the AV industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Salary: $41,600.00-$75,000.00 per year
