The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure plans transportation networks, provides transportation services and infrastructure, develops and implements transportation policies, and administers many related acts, regulations and federal-provincial funding programs.
To provide technical support in the procurement, configuration, installation, testing and maintenance of shared systems software/hardware platforms and ministry line of business applications and servers, including problem resolution to ministry users, customers and vendors.|
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in the computer science field, or equivalent AND A minimum of three (3) years related experience OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment or helping end users to use and understand computer hardware and software.

Preference may be given to candidates:
- Preference may be given to candidates with working experience of Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MOTI’s) line of business applications.
Preference may be given to those with more experience in any of the above.

About this Position:
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 2 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
