Overview:
Fountain Tire is looking for a creative and energetic Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at our South Edmonton Corporate Office. This is a term position that will last approximately one year, ending on May 31, 2024.
Salary: $ 52,000-$57,000 per year

What will you do?

Provide daily management of job postings and resume distribution

Manage invoices and rebilling of recruitment costs
- Support hiring managers with attraction and selection tasks like choosing interview questions, arranging career fairs and conducting background and reference checks

Complete reports or support business in the completion of reports and forms, such as Stats Can wage vacancy surveys, WorkShare applications and grant applications

Maintain Recruitment resources on internal website

Write offer letters

Develop and maintain Linked In page to communicate culture and opportunities

Ensure effective communication of internal opportunities to Fountain Tire associates
What you need:

HR diploma and 2+ years of administrative HR experience; equivalencies will be considered

Previous experience using an applicant tracking system is required; prior experience with iCims is an asset

Customer-service orientation

Strong excel skills

Working knowledge of effective recruiting practices, including behavior-based interviewing, online attraction methods and addressing compensation expectations

Working knowledge of employment-related legislation, Canada-wide
