Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales function and work collaboratively with the local Producer and Client Service team on an assigned block of clients
- Act as the first line of contact with clients when the Producer is not available
- Analyze reports and renewals for clients
- Create sales presentations to aid Producers and deliver effective presentations to clients
- Trigger and track all required client meetings within an assigned region by working within the processes and systems of the administrative support team.
- Prepare client meeting files
- Log and ensure completion of all post-meeting actions to the Client Service team in the required timeframe
- Stay current on all changes in the industry
- Act as implementation lead on an assigned block of clients
- Ongoing team problem solving with other branch account managers
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships and have client retention responsibility
- Maintain client information in the Customer Relation Management System
- Identify, improve, and develop systems and processes whenever possible
Qualifications and Skills
- Post-secondary graduate from an accredited college or university degree or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Exceptional critical thinking; ability to identify optimal solutions for clients and mitigate possible risks
- Good judgement to quickly determine and prioritize key issues
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate ownership of action
- LLQP and CEBS are considered strong assets
- Excellent organizational skills
- Pleasant and professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Positive attitude with a desire to grow and learn
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner
- Occasional travel required outside of the assigned region
Agile Work Policy: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
Travel: Servicing clients in Greater Sudbury, North Bay, Timmins, and Sault Ste. Marie
