Job Description:
We are looking for experienced heavy equipment operators to work directly on site for our clients’ projects and operational needs. You would be working in an open pit mine operating heavy equipment while adhering to our safety standards.
What would you be doing?

Working in an open pit mine

Understanding and adhering to all policies, procedures and standards

Participating in all safety and culture building programs

Training on new equipment when requested

Valid driver’s license with 3 year drivers abstract required

Valid Common Safety Orientation (CSO) or willing to obtain

Minimum 2000 hours of mining experience

Minimum of 2000 hours one of the below heavy equipment:

Dozer (D8+)

Haul Truck (785+)

Minimum 2000 hours

Experience in dewatering considered a strong asset.

Ability to do labour and ground work

Competitive hourly total compensation package starting from $36/hr - $47 pay based on work experience-
Travel Incentive (for flying in and out) based on your location within the country start at $200 and up to $1200

Daily Incentives starting at $60/day (based on the piece of equipment you are working on that day)

Other important details
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing, audiogram, and may require a maskfit.
