The focus of this position is to assist the Lifeguard in overseeing the health and safety and daily operations of the swimming pools throughout the resort.
DUTIES
1. Safely support the lifeguarding of our pools by maintaining the health & safety standards set out by the Ministry of Labour and Living Water Resorts.
2. Interact with guests who enter the pool area and engage in a brief warm and friendly welcome.
3. Communicate to the Lifeguard any areas of concern and guest complaints for an immediate resolve.
4. Assist in overseeing the daily cleanliness of the pools, hot tubs, pool deck and the pool change rooms.
5. Stocking the pool throughout the day with an ample supply of clean and folded pool towels and that all used towels are placed in the appropriate bins for laundry.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum 14 years of age.
2. Current Bronze Cross Certification.
3. A standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification.
WORKING CONDITIONS
1. Works indoors and outdoors.
