We have an exciting opening at our Calgary Head Office for an experienced Receptionist/Office Administrator. This pivotal role supports our clients and internal teams by managing and streamlining administrative tasks.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails.
- Handle customer returns and product warranty issues.
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls as necessary using a multi-line phone system.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, review the aging report, and follow up with soft reminders and courteous phone calls to request payment updates.
- Assist in-store Sales Associates as needed.
- Manage the inventory of office supplies and materials.
- Process order entries accurately and promptly.
- Excellent command of English and a welcoming tone of voice for client interaction.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to converse with clients over the phone.
- A positive attitude with an eagerness to learn new tasks and contribute innovative ideas for company improvement.
- Takes ownership of tasks, always striving to exceed previous performance.
- Excellent teamwork skills with an emphasis on effective communication with other staff.
- Punctual and reliable, with a consistent record of arriving to work on time.
