As a successful candidate, you will support the Atlantic Region Production Operations Department.

Support department in annual budget development
Assist in project cost control activities
Create Purchase Requisitions and track Purchase Order creation
Assist in cost center and budget tracking
Assist in the development and submission of the monthly executive summary reports
Track contractor estimate work scope estimate development
Tracking, interpretation and notification of operational trends
Legally entitled to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa)
Available to begin work in January, 2024
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Critical thinker and ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment
Flexible to changing work demands and ability to prioritize
Innovative, with a strong desire to learn and the ability to encourage new ways of looking at problems, processes or solutions
Demonstrates collaboration by actively seeking out diverse people and organizations to collectively achieve business goals
Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint; SAP would be an asset)
Work effectively within a diverse team environment
Must be enrolled in a Business Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of the intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term
Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered
New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
