The Newlook Vision Group is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team, you will be working from home and in our offices when needed. There are located at 4405 Chemin bois franc ville Saint-Laurent.
Role :
Reporting to the PMO Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from design to delivery. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities :

Plans and oversees end-to-end delivery of assigned projects;

Follows the processes for project definition, control, execution and closure, following the standards established by the PMO (based on Waterfall and Agile methodologies);

Develops and implements project plans and specifications. Establish timelines and track all enforcement activities;

Documents projects reviews, meetings, working sessions and action logs;
-
Manages risks and establish appropriate mitigation actions;
-
Builds strong relationships with project proponents and stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of solutions;
-
Manages stakeholder’s expectations and contributions (Internet and/or external);
-
Provides guidance and support to the project team;
-
Communicates the status, risks and other project perspectives to the various stakeholders;
-
Works closely with the PMO Director to prioritize projects and optimize processes and tools;

Works closely with different teams to plan resources well
-
Works with business units and functions to help plan, control and execute each phase and activity of projects according to best practices
Requirements :
-
University degree in computer science, administration, finance, or other related field;
-
A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced business environment;
-
Bilingual spoken and written (French and English);
-
Understanding or practical experience in IT infrastructure, software development or web technologies;

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, MS Project, SmartSheet and Visio;

PMP and PSM certifications (asset);
-
Mastery of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
