Business Development Representative
Prospect Theory Consulting is an outsourced sales organization. We are comprised of two highly tenured and successful sales executives with over 40 years of collective experience. This is an opportunity for an individual that is interested in business and who would like to begin or explore a career in sales.
Successful candidates for this role will work directly with Prospect Theory, as well as one of their core clients, Artkai, a Ukranian-based software development organizations looking for help in setting appointments with prospective clients in North America. Candidates will be put through an extensive proprietary training program which is also provided to established organizations looking to transform their sales teams.

What you will be doing
This is a B2B lead generation role, and your job will be to set-up appointments for both Prospect Theory and Artkai with what we term right party contacts – contacts within an organization that can initiate and advance an opportunity. Compensation will be based on a monthly salary plus a monthly bonus based on the meetings booked and fulfilled. The expectation is to perform 20 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday during regular North American business hours. The work will be fully remote, so excellent phone and internet service are required.
