As a Senior Account Manager, Specialized Group, Insurance and Professional Firms, you will be responsible for growing and managing the portfolio of business clients assigned to you. The diverses and complex tasks will allow you to quickly become a privileged guide in all the financial projects of your clients as well as for their operational and transactional needs.
This position reports to the Deputy Vice-President and is located in Montreal.
Your role

Conduct quality credit analysis, according to the standards established by the Credit Centre, and make recommendations

Structuring the credit application (agenda set-up) by mitigating risks and developing financing scenarios that meet client needs and match the Bank's risk criteria

Participate in the establishment of the operational and transactional needs of clients in collaboration with the Deputy Vice-President

Identify and develop business opportunities in your market, increase your business customer base and establish business development strategies while maximizing synergy between different business lines

Negotiate the terms of agreements with clients by ensuring that they meet the risk management standards and profitability criteria sought

Assist the Associate Vice-President in achieving the group's objectives

Competencies required

Depending on your academic background, a minimum of between four and eight years of experience in business development and sales in the financial sector (Bachelor's degree and seven years of experience or Master's degree and five years of experience)

Experience in complex trade credit

Sales and business development experience

Experience in analyzing financial statements

Ability to communicate effectively in English (for dealing with English-speaking partners outside Quebec)
