The Opportunity
We're looking for an inexperienced, driven, and passionate Senior Recruitment Specialist who truly loves what they do and is willing to bring their current Search agency recruitment experience to a fast-growing and dynamic team of dedicated professionals.
As a key member of our Talent team, you'll champion the recruitment of Senior Managers and Executives in a wide range of industries across North America. At Peeple Inc. our Search group specializes in Executive and Management Search, overseeing assignments from Vancouver, BC across Canada, the United States, and the Asia Pacific region. We thrive on finding and engaging with top candidates and being proud to know we're part of bringing great clients together with exceptional candidates!
What you'll do
Utilizing our ATS, LinkedIn, and other network resources, you'll build valuable connections with candidates and clients ensuring our first-class candidate experience is upheld. This is a high-volume, high-pace, and collaborative environment where a truly determined talent-discovery all-star will be at home turning over every stone to find the right candidate and help create a great mutual fit.
- Effectively and efficiently manage Full cycle recruitment efforts across assigned searches
- Sourcing candidates via various means (LinkedIn, database, and research)

Calling upon prospects/influencers and utilizing our network contacts

Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews
- Facilitating various Candidate/Personality candidate assessments

Great Client management: reporting, in-person meetings, and presentations
- Search Marketing: Develop and execute advertising and promotion strategies
- Event attendance, networking, and real-world candidate prospecting

Research: Compensation analysis, review, and recommendations. Identification of industry, competitor, and potential candidate segments within ATS and other systems

Database management: Ongoing contribution to our growing database
What you bring

Proven track-record of Search success with Managerial and Executive Recruitment

Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting Agency Search experience

Solid experience using CRM & ATS Software as well as LinkedIn Recruiter

Emotional intelligence. Business acumen. Strong achievement focus. Passion.

Willingness to work hard and play hard alongside other top performers

Top-notch networking, communication, and relationship skills; on and offline

Post-secondary education in Business/Human Resources and/or related field

About Us
Peeple Inc. is a boutique and bespoke people development group. While we're relatively small, our size pales in comparison to the depth of business experience, people knowledge, deep passion for career growth, and our relentless determination to deliver quality services and results. We occupy a newly renovated modern office in the 105-year-old Credit Foncier building in downtown Vancouver with room for hybrid working where necessary.
