Lead process design and documentation for processes related to Sales enabling systems, product or marketing project implementations.

Analyzing and validating the impacts of system, functional or process changes.

Provide input to, and collaborate with, business planners on financial and productivity benefits and business case development.

Lead sessions with partners to facilitate project status reviews and governance; co-ordinate the project by arranging project meetings, producing status documentation and meeting minutes and informing team members of decisions made.

Collaborate with Bell IT partners to facilitate and elicit project requirements and scope definition.

Identify, prioritize and manage ongoing operational issues and key deliverables.
-
Subject Matter Expert and key point of contact to provide advice and counsel on operational impacts as they relate to the project.

Lead project components such as, business process and change management documentation, communication plans, action registers and logs.

Define and execute end user acceptance testing. Ensure user satisfaction and support during the user acceptance testing process.

In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada

Provided Sales Support when required.

Proven business analysis skills and experience.

Bilingualism English and French.

Experience in the planning cycle and project approval process.

Excellent analytical, presentation skills.
- Ability to define conceptual solutions by documenting current and future mode of operations (CMO vs FMO) and develop process maps.

Ability to define business requirements that describe the solution and mode of operations.

Facilitate requirements gathering – the ability to pull together experts to get the right information.

Ability to explain complex technical ideas in a simple understandable format.

Strong ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action.

Have the skills to influence the work team for the alignment differences in ideas or solutions.

Strong ability to express point of view, to negotiate and manage risks.

Ability to work effectively in virtual teams, to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

BA Certification
- Project management experience

University or college degree
- 1-2 years relevant job experience
