Description:
This is a unique opportunity to take on a newly established role to define and enhance the global courier onboarding strategy for our independent couriers. The chosen candidate will work closely with our global markets and local operations teams to establish a holistic and cohesive approach to courier onboarding with the ability to tailor it to local market needs and preferences. You will lead the global approach and work with local and functional teams to effectively execute the approach and ensure impact and learnings are adequately assessed to inform priorities going forward. You are a self starter, able to independently drive multiple work streams and have the ability to influence key stakeholders to drive impact. You feel comfortable working autonomously and across a variety of functional areas including marketing, operations and product and tech.
What’s On Your Plate:

Improve courier experience through increased speed and reduced touchpoints through the application process

Gather insights on the end to end experience of courier onboarding, drive the definition of our global onboarding strategy in collaboration with relevant functions and markets

Collaborate with our Local & Global operations, global marketing, insights, planning & logistics, and Product & Tech teams to identify levers and define tangible initiatives to drive improvements to the courier onboarding experience and process, identify trends and opportunities including: time in the onboarding funnel and conversion.

Collaborate with Product and Tech to define roadmap priorities

Understand competitor landscape and drive quantifiable insights to guide prioritisation and impactful execution of initiatives

Identify, quantify and articulate areas of opportunity and adopt a test and learn culture for new initiatives to quickly establish feasibility for scaling across markets

Responsible for driving performance and implementing a proactive approach to maintaining and exceeding key performance metrics across the courier onboarding team. Communicate clear results, progress and actions planned with our Global Stakeholders, Local Senior Leadership, and any other pertinent parties.

Responsible for improving/maintaining employee experience by driving engagement activities, driving leadership and team member development activities through continuous coaching and personal development, and owning the overall day to day experience of our employees.
