We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate have a strong understanding of social media trends, and possess excellent communication skills. As the Social Media Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing our restaurant's online presence and engaging with our customers through various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase the restaurant's online visibility and customer engagement.
- Content Creation: Create visually appealing and engaging content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with customers to build a strong online community.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute social media promotions, contests, and advertising campaigns to drive customer traffic and sales.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using relevant tools. Provide regular reports on key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the restaurant's management team to align social media efforts with marketing and branding initiatives.
- Stay Updated: Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for restaurants or similar businesses.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent photography and graphic design skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
