We are an Indigenous post-secondary funding non-profit organization looking to hire a part-time administration/office assistant, for mornings only (8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.), which may lead to full-time.
Duties include, but are not limited to, answering and directing phone calls and emails, scanning incoming mail and student files, ordering supplies, processing mail, and general help to Funding Officers and Executive Director when required.
Post-secondary certificate or diploma in a related field is required.
Also required: Exemplary verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Punctuality and reliability; Willingness to work on repetitive tasks
Must currently live in Edmonton.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
