Job Title: Automotive Shop Assistant/Porter
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Automotive Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our shop, moving tires, driving vehicles, and assisting with other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the shop clean and organized at all times
- Assist with moving and storing tires
- Drive vehicles as needed for testing and customer deliveries
- Assist with customer service as needed
- Maintain inventory of shop supplies
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
- Experience working in an automotive shop preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
