Lead and manage high priority, complex governance planning and other program activities for a large-scale digital health initiative.
Support communications, change management, performance measurement, and other sub-projects related to the initiative.
Plan how to effectively communicate and engage with a variety of stakeholders including senior leaders, funders, and executives.
Act as a key interface and liaison with Managers, Directors, and Executives as well as other key internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate engagement activities with program stakeholders, through planned engagement sessions, including working groups and advisory committees.
Develop various products to support internal and external communication, reporting, and decision-making including reports, policy papers, briefing notes, tools, templates, and presentations for a variety of audiences.
Develop and present material using excellent written, verbal, and graphical communications skills, with ability to express complex concepts effectively to a variety of audiences.
Collaborate effectively across multiple matrixed working groups and provide leadership, subject matter expertise, guidance, and support to work towards a common goal and to help coach and inspire others.
Work with the team to create collective thought leadership for the execution of the program.
Work closely with, and provide support to, the Director, Integration.
Provide secretariat support, including developing agendas and presentations, and tracking action items.
Lead change within the context of the overall initiative, often working with peer roles to execute change.
Apply formal change management methodologies and practices to drive behavioural changes.
Advise and update management team on a regular basis, including challenges and opportunities.
Approach problems proactively and recommend thorough and practical solutions to a wide range of complex problems.
Manage multiple projects and operational tasks concurrently.
Make decisions, with the support of Director level, where results have major impact across the organization requiring sophisticated solutions and long-term correction.
