Overview of The Role
At Saputo, our people are our most important asset. We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Senior Advisor who will participate in the recruitment activities for the IT department and will also provide support to the rest of the Corporate division. The ideal candidate has experience in technical recruitment and a broad understanding of the IT function and roles.
The selected candidate will work closely with Hiring Managers and Human Resources colleagues for their recruitment needs, in alignment with Saputo’s objectives. Sourcing new talents motivates you? How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

Create a positive experience for candidates by defining expectations, communicating regularly and giving concrete and pertinent feedback;

Work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against well-defined criteria;

Establish talent attraction and networking strategies in order to recruit the best candidates;

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles (Sourcing, screening, interviews, reference and background checks, onboarding, etc.);

Coordinate interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers;

Occasionally post open positions on our ATS platform (Workday) and various targeted job boards;

Participate in recruitment events within the company and externally;

Support employer branding efforts and social media outreach;

Track and measure all recruitment metrics and efforts;

Perform various other administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:
-
6 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment (either in an agency, staffing firm, or in a corporate setting);
-
3 years of experience in IT recruitment;
-
Knowledge of corporate functions & roles (Finance, Communications, Legal, etc.);
-
Ability to focus in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
-
Superior interpersonal skills;
-
Ability and desire to work collaboratively as a team; but also take responsibility for your own projects and work independently;

Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams);

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter;
-
Experience working with Workday ATS would be considered an asset;

Recognized enthusiasm and autonomy, with a passion for Talent Acquisition;

Strong affiliation to drive for results and exceed goals and objectives;

Great time management and multitasking skills coupled with the ability to prioritize effectively;

Bilingual, English and French (written and spoken).
