Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media platforms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Analyze social media metrics and use insights to optimize content and campaigns
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Ability to create compelling and engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines
- Experience with proofreading and editing content for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Strong research skills to gather information on industry trends and competitor analysis
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
