What will you do?
We’re looking for people who are talented, curious, and passionate about driving change in our industry. As a Business Analyst on our team, you will join a diverse community of high-performing professionals who are focused on rethinking what it means to modernize banking technology. Liaise with stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities and, recommend solutions to enable the achievement of organizational goals.
Ensure the requirements map to a real business need, are approved by all relevant stakeholders, and meet essential quality standards.
Contribute to the development of the seed funding request by ensuring project scope and benefits are clearly articulated and risks are identified.
Enable group to successfully accept changes by informing stakeholders of their implications; recommend actions as appropriate.
Facilitate discussions and follow a structured approach to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and manage requirements with stakeholders.
What do you need to succeed?
3 to 5 years of experience in previous Business Analysis roles.
Very strong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and can apply the applicable portions of the Feasibility, Requirements, and Analysis phases.
Strong requirements management experience.
A passion for the industry and a focus on technical and business trends and benchmarks.
Knowledge of one or more analysis and problem decomposition techniques.
Demonstrated writing and documentation skills.
