Mad Science of Southern Alberta is looking for a Permanent Part Time person to join our team in the capacity of Equipment Assistant.
Duties include:
- preparing and maintaining science kits for instructors
- Sourcing and procurement of equipment and consumables for kits
- Basic shop/office maintenance
- Light Admin. duties include answering phones, taking bookings, follow up calls, communicate with customers and staff through email etc.
We are looking for a mature individual who will become a vital part of our company; someone who is looking for something long-term, dynamic, challenging and stable. The ideal candidate will be a self starter with strong organizational skills, be a strong communicator, be able to take initiative and work well both independently and with a team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who would like to work with a small company that appreciates people.
$20/hour to start
approx. 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)
