We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join DealTrack's growing product and development team. The ideal candidate will assume ownership of DealTrack products and travel with them from conception to post-launch retrospective.
The candidate will be required to generate new feature ideas by gathering feedback from sales, marketing & ops and be able to provide business justification (ROI) for each feature. By working closely with directors, stakeholders and developers, the Product Manager must ensure that all parties are familiar with the approved requirements and that the product being developed matches those requirements.

The right candidate must be excellent at mentoring and assisting team members in completing tasks, adhering to project timelines.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
- Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach
- Creating detailed & accurate requirements documents that define the product's purpose, its features, functionalities, and behaviour
- Identifies customer needs and the larger business objectives that our product or a feature will fulfill
- Articulate what success looks like for product, and rally the team to turn that vision into a reality
- Interpreting user needs into new features and upgrades to the application
- Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses
- Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product
- Prioritizing product features and capabilities
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Solid experience with Figma, Jira & Confluence
- Experience working with Saas products
- Familiarity with Agile framework
- Organizational and leadership abilities

- Problem-solving aptitude
- Creative thinking skills
