Responsibilities
- Assist with full cycle recruitment; posting job vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Responsible for responding to employee inquiries and resolving employee issues related to employment, benefits, and other HR matters.
- Organize regular sales meetings to ensure efficiency and aid in attaining sales targets
- Other general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR position or related administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Should be proficient in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Quickbooks an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with others, build relationships, and handle sensitive employee information.
- Knowledge of farming/agriculture an asset.

Salary: $34,345.40-$78,453.24 per year
