Commercial Flooring Group is currently looking for Full-Time, experienced Commercial Resilient Flooring Installers to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. As an installer, you will interact with our Commercial Flooring Group’s project managers and clients during the installation process. You will be part of a vibrant team with opportunities for growth and development. Our key clients include healthcare (nursing homes, hospitals, etc), schools and multi use buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Capability to heat weld and install flash cove base
- Removing existing, prep floors and install new product
- Ensuring that the flooring materials are well-positioned, secure and clean
- Completing installations within scheduled time frames
Flooring Installer Requirements:
- Prior experience as a commercial resilient sheet flooring installer
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to install various flooring types with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel throughout Atlantic Canada
- Ability for gaining reliability status would be considered an asset
