Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office budget, including tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors, including ordering supplies and scheduling maintenance
- Assist with office logistics, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars
- Support office staff by performing administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Experience:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
