Profab Manufacturing Ltd. located in Chemainus B.C. is looking for a Paint Shop Helper to join their team.
In this position, you will be responsible for sand blasting, assisting the painter with the opportunity to learn the art of industrial painting. Keeping both the paint shop and sandblast area organized and clean.
Requirements / Qualifications as an asset but willing to train
· Industrial paint experience
· Sandblasting experience
· Use of forklift to move and unload materials.
- Effectively and safely operate a variety of assigned tools and equipment.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Work independently with little direction.
- The ability to work as part of a team or individually.
