IT/IQ Executive Search is a newly formed division that is part of the IT/IQ group of companies and is focused exclusively on search services for IT executives (Director to C-Suite). We are looking for a motivated and ambitious professional who is well versed in selling contingency and retained search solutions to executive level prospects. About the role:
- Identify, track and convert new client leads, and bring in new executive search requirements in our target markets (Canada and USA)
- Build and maintain relationships based on trust, transparency and capability
- Thoroughly qualify searches, and negotiate service and search terms and agreements
- As needed, support search efforts with candidate identification, assessment and management.
About you:
- You have at least 3+ years of executive search experience, ideally in the information technology industry. You are comfortable developing client relationships across Canada and the US.
- As a key member of a small and closely knit division, you understand the importance of strong collaboration and teamwork.
- You are a business professional, with experience, acumen and comfort in working with top executives.
- You are motivated by personal successes but you’re even more interested in building something great; to set, achieve and exceed goals – and to be well compensated for your efforts!
- As a professional, you are a self-starter. You know what needs to be done, and dive in to tackle each task without constant oversight and direction.
- You are creative, and can find win/win options in a zero-sum situation.
