Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Mississauga, ON.
- Support the sales team in the preparation of project bids.
- Support the sales team via Microsoft Office & SharePoint software.
- Support the sales team related to the IT requests/issues.
- Support the sales team with the daily order entries.
- Follow-up of orders for customers with the procurement team.
- Prepare samples and marketing documents for meetings with clients.
- Gather the credit references and proper documentation from clients/others so our accounting department may open a line of credit in a timely manner.nd concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
