Nous sommes à la recherche d’un candidat comme vous pour agrandir son équipe!
Dans le cadre de ce poste diversifié, vous aurez à :
- Solliciter des invitations à soumissionner
- Effectuer un relevé d’équipement, de matériel et de la main d’oeuvre afin d’effectuer un estimé des coûts
- Travailler dans l'environnement d'estimation Trimble
- Planifier et organiser les estimés (tout en respectant le calendrier)
- Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre un programme de contrôle de la qualité
- Produire les dessins de design & tel-que-construit
- Produire les manuels d’entretien et d’opération
- Effectuer toutes les autres tâches connexes
Ce qu'il faut pour décrocher cet emploi :
- DEC en mécanique du bâtiment
- Capacité à sélectionner différents équipement CVAC
- Expérience à un poste similaire un atout
- Compréhension pointue de tout ce qui touche aux plans et devis
- Connaissance d’Autodesk AutoCAD
- Connaissance avnacé de la suite Office
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches
- Bilinguisme (anglais fonctionnel à l’oral et à l’écrit)

- Position: Estimator/Building Technologist
- Start date: 2023-08
- Starting Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 /yr
Notice to all estimators in the field of HVAC, industrial ventilation & refrigeration, and full motion flight simulator environment control! Here's your chance to join a growing company, operating a global footprint, and with a Montreal-based home office. We are looking for a candidate like you to contribute to the success of our team! As part of this diverse role, you will:
- Solicit invitations to tender
- Conduct a survey of equipment, materials, and labor to carry out a cost estimate
- Plan and organize the estimate (while respecting the delays)
- Develop and implement a quality control program
- Work within a Trimble-based data management environment
- Produce drawings for proposals, coordination, and as-built
- Produce maintenance and operation manuals
- Perform all other related duties
What it takes to win this job:
- DEC in building mechanics
- Ability to select different HVAC equipment
- Experience in a similar position is an asset
- Sharp understanding of everything concerning the plans and specifications
- Competency in Autodesk AutoCAD
- High degree of competency in the Office suite
- Ability to multitask
- Bilingual (functional English & French - both oral and written)
