Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with the leasing process, including application processing, lease signing, and move-in/move-out procedures.
- Maintain positive tenant relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Administrative Support
- Utilize Google Suite, ChatGPT and Property management software proficiently to manage administrative tasks
- Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
- Serve as a personal assistant to the management team
- Maintain accurate and organized records of tenant leases, rent payments, and property maintenance.
- Prepare and distribute notices, correspondence, and lease agreements.
- Coordinate property inspections and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
Vendor and Contractor Coordination
- Communicate with maintenance personnel, contractors, and vendors to schedule repairs and property improvements.
- Ensure vendor invoices are accurate and processed for payment.
Financial Management
- Assist with rent collection and the processing of payments. Monitor property expenses and assist in budget management.
Property Maintenance
- Track and document maintenance requests from tenants and coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve issues.
- Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of LTB and local property laws and regulations is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite is required
- Adaptable to various softwares
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transcription
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
