We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing marketing processes, driving efficiency, and maximizing conversions through data-driven insights and analytics.
1. Marketing Process Optimization:
- Evaluate and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and systems to drive efficiency and maximize conversions.
- Identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance overall marketing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and maximize operational effectiveness.
2. Marketing Analytics and Insights:
- Implement and manage marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition costs.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and funnel conversions to identify opportunities for optimization.
3. Campaign Management and Execution:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaign strategies, targeting, and messaging.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, segmentation, scheduling, and tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations to optimize conversions and improve ROI.
4. Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of marketing data by managing and maintaining marketing databases.
- Develop data-driven approaches to measure marketing performance and generate insightful reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create custom reports and visualizations to track KPIs and communicate results effectively.
5. Conversion Rate Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates across marketing channels and campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing, landing page optimization, and other conversion optimization techniques.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine messaging, calls-to-action, and user experience to maximize conversions.
6. Budget Management and ROI Analysis:
- Collaborate with finance and marketing leadership to develop and manage marketing budgets.
- Monitor marketing expenses, track ROI, and provide regular financial reports and analysis.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments and recommend adjustments to optimize ROI.
7. Team Collaboration and Training:
- Foster collaboration and communication between marketing teams to enhance data-driven decision-making and maximize conversions.
- Provide training and guidance on marketing analytics tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation within the marketing operations function.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5y+ of proven experience as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on analytics and conversions.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive conversion optimization.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
