MCAT Mastery focuses on MCAT exam support, while MedLife Mastery provides support for all other aspects of the journey, including med-school application coaching, premed advising, USMLE tutoring, and overall med-school coaching services.
Role Overview (i.e.Your Epic Quest):
We're seeking a Customer Support Rep (i.e. Student Happiness Rep!), a true superhero who can deftly handle inquiries, solve challenges at lightning speed, and match students to our league of extraordinary tutors and coaches, bringing smiles all around.
Key Responsibilities (i.e. Your Heroic Deeds):
- First responder to student inquiries for both MCAT Mastery and MedLife, across a variety of channels including chat, email, phone, and Zoom.
- Pair students with the right tutor or coach faster than Cupid's arrow on Valentine's Day.
- Forge student-friendly docs and internal guides that even Shakespeare would envy.
- Band together with our sales, product, and marketing squads to create initiatives that make our students' hearts sing.
- Exhibit Sherlock-like problem-solving skills when assisting students and when working on various projects with the team
- Identify opportunities to boost student engagement
- Unleash your creativity by contributing to our social channels, blogs, emails, and more.
Qualifications (i.e. Your Superhero Arsenal):
- A BA/BS degree in a relevant field (premed or science background gives you bonus points!).
- At least one year in the customer support, sales, or tech arena.
