Pastel and Coco is a fully plant-based bakery and cake shop offering a wide range of pastries and confections. We are looking for a Baker to join our growing team. Both day and evening positions are available with a flexible and accommodating schedule.
We foster a creative environment for bakers to grow and continue to expand their craft. We seasonally feature local farm to table ingredients and put forward seasonal menus to experiment with new pastries and baked goods.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring quality and stock of mise en place for our daily pastry production;
- Assembling and decorating pastry and cakes;
- Creating new pastries, cakes and menu items:
- Upholding health and safety norms.
